Strategic Partners

Two partnerships, chosen deliberately

Pulse & Patterns is a ServiceNow partner and an Anthropic Claude partner. Two relationships, not a wall of logos. One platform to orchestrate and govern how work runs, one frontier model to reason inside it, and a team that builds on both every day.

ServiceNow

ServiceNow: the platform the work runs on

Pulse & Patterns is a ServiceNow partner. We design and implement ServiceNow across marketing, commercial, customer and project operations: campaign-to-lead handover, quoting and order management, customer service, field service, portfolio management, and the integrations that hold them together. By choice, we are at the forefront of new ServiceNow products.

We chose ServiceNow for a structural reason. In most mid-market businesses the real problem is not a missing feature. It is the work that falls between systems, where nobody owns the handover and no record survives it. A workflow platform with a data layer and a governance model is the only kind of system that fixes that category of problem, and treating it as an IT tool wastes most of what it can do.

What that means in practice: we take a business problem, design the target process, decide where the system of record sits, and build it. We will also tell you when ServiceNow is the wrong answer for a particular capability, because we want to tailor your IT stack to your specific needs.

That judgment is worth more to you than a partner badge.

Anthropic

Anthropic Claude: the model we work with, not just the one we recommend

Pulse & Patterns is an Anthropic Claude partner, registered in the Claude Partner Network. We build Claude-enabled solutions where the model meets the platform work.

The distinction that matters here is that we run our own work on Claude. Our company knowledge base is a curated repository mounted into Claude Cowork, so the context an expert needs is available to them rather than sitting in somebody's inbox. Learning that setup is part of onboarding. We use Claude for research, documentation, delivery support and selected ServiceNow development work.

That is a deliberate position, and it has a consequence: we know where this technology is genuinely good and where it is oversold, because we have hit both edges ourselves. When we design AI into your operations, the judgment, the design decisions and the accountability stay with people.

That is not caution for its own sake. It is the only version that survives an audit.

Why these two together

Why these two, and why together

A frontier model without an operating platform produces impressive demonstrations and very little durable change. A platform without a capable model automates the paths somebody already thought of. The combination is where the value actually sits, and it is the reason these are the two partnerships we hold.

ServiceNow

ServiceNow is where work is orchestrated, recorded and governed

The process, the data model, the audit trail, the place a decision can be traced back to.

Claude

Claude is what reasons inside that structure

Reading unstructured material, drafting, classifying, and handling the judgment-shaped work that a rules engine cannot.

And the sequence matters more than either component. AI produces value on a foundation of defined processes, trustworthy data, clear ownership and people who know what changed. Put intelligence on top of an undesigned process and you get faster inconsistency. That is why our work usually starts with the operating model rather than the model.

Business Strategy × People × Processes × Technology × Data × AI.

Value Multiplied™, and the multiplication is the point: these compound rather than add, which is also why a weak link costs more than people expect.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

What does it mean that Pulse & Patterns is a ServiceNow partner?

It means we are a ServiceNow consulting and implementation partner: we design and implement ServiceNow for clients across marketing, commercial, customer and project operations, and we work with ServiceNow on referrals and opportunity activity. Your licensing relationship and commercial terms remain directly between you and ServiceNow.

Does a partner's tier or certification level actually affect my project?

Much less than most procurement processes assume. Tiers largely reflect revenue volume and headcount, which tell you how big a partner is rather than how well they will design your process. What affects the outcome is the seniority of the people assigned to your work, whether they understand your operating model, and whether they will tell you when a requirement is a bad idea.

What is the Claude Partner Network?

It is Anthropic's partner program for organizations building with Claude, Anthropic's family of AI models. Pulse & Patterns is a registered partner in it, which means we build Claude-enabled solutions and work with Claude in our own delivery. It is not a reseller arrangement, so Anthropic licensing stays between you and Anthropic.

Why do ServiceNow and Anthropic work well together?

They solve different halves of the same problem. ServiceNow orchestrates, records and governs how work runs, providing the process, the data model and the audit trail. Claude handles the reasoning inside that structure: reading unstructured material, drafting, classifying and judgment-shaped tasks. Without the platform, AI output has nowhere accountable to land. Without the model, automation only covers the paths someone already mapped.
